How we work.
LYNDOH is a small, independent handmade soap brand based in India. What follows is how we work — what we sell, how shipping and payments work, and how to reach us if anything's not right.
What we make
Handmade cold-process soap bars. 100g each. We make small batches, cure them slowly, and hand-pack each order. Because every batch is hand-poured, colour, scent, and finish vary slightly from one bar to the next — that's part of the craft, not a defect.
Country of origin: India.
Soap ingredients are listed on each product page and on the box. If you have a known allergy, please read them carefully.
Pricing & payment
- All prices on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
- We accept UPI only — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI app. Payment is made upfront; orders are confirmed once payment is received.
- Promotions (deal pricing, build-your-own-box discounts, free-soap offers) apply while active and as described on the site. We may end a promotion at any time without notice.
Shipping
- We ship anywhere in India through standard courier partners.
- ₹99 flat shipping fee. Free above ₹999.
- Most orders dispatch within 2–3 working days. Transit is typically 3–7 working days depending on your pincode.
- Delivery dates are estimates; we don't control the courier network. If something is unusually delayed, write to us and we'll chase it for you.
Custom build-your-own boxes & personal notes
When you build your own set or include a personal note, your order becomes a one-of-a-kind shipment that we pack by hand specifically for you. Because of that, we can't cancel or refund a custom order once we've started packing — unless we made a mistake (wrong items, damage in transit, etc.). For those, see Returns & refunds below.
Your personal note appears on the included card exactly as you type it. We won't edit, censor, or refuse a note unless it contains illegal or hateful content.
A note on skin
Soap is a personal-care product. Skin reacts differently from person to person. We recommend a quick patch test on your forearm before using a new bar regularly, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. If anything irritates you, stop using it and let us know — we'll take it back and refund you, full stop.
Returns & refunds
See our Refunds page for the full story. The short version: damaged or wrong items get refunded or replaced, no questions. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened catalog products.
Cancellations
You can cancel any unshipped order at any time. Once your package has been handed to the courier, it's already on the way and you'll need to use the returns process instead. Email or WhatsApp and we'll sort it.
Trademarks & photos
The LYNDOH name, logo, product photography, and copy are ours. You're welcome to share us on social — please credit @lyndoh_ld. Don't use our assets to sell anything.

Updates to this page
If we change anything on this page we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. We won't surprise you with retroactive changes — anything that affects an order already placed stays governed by the version of this page that was live at the time.
